ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow us time to process your order.
Our working hours are 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri and 9am - 11am Sat.
All products labelled 'Quick Ship' are processed within 24hrs and are shipped according to the shipping option chosen at checkout.

During our busier periods including New Years, Christmas and Sale Periods please allow extra time for your order to be processed, please refer to the product description for timings.
If you have changed your mind, please note that you have 1hr to do so from the time of order placement. After, this time you can no longer cancel your order and will have to follow our returns policy.
Shipping times depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout and are in addition to the order processing times . Once shipped any delays are no longer in our control however we will do our best to advise you.
